Turn accepted quotes into invoices and track every payment — no payment processor required.

Converting a Quote to an Invoice

Once a quote is accepted, open it and click Convert to Invoice. All line items, totals, and customer details carry over automatically. You can make adjustments before sending.

Invoicing is a Pro feature.

Invoice Statuses

Invoices move through the following statuses:

  • Draft — created but not yet sent
  • Sent — delivered to the customer
  • Viewed — customer opened the invoice
  • Partial — partial payment recorded
  • Paid — fully paid

Recording Payments

Open an invoice and click Record Payment. You can mark it as fully paid or enter a partial payment amount. BidCannon tracks the running balance automatically.

BidCannon is payment-method agnostic — it works with Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, credit card, or any other method your customer prefers. You record payments manually after receiving them.

Payment Methods

Go to Settings → Payment Methods to add your Venmo handle, PayPal link, CashApp tag, and Zelle phone number or email. When a customer views an invoice, they'll see deep links to pay you directly through those apps — no redirects, no fees from BidCannon.

Sending Invoices

Invoices are sent the same way as quotes: by email, SMS, or shareable link. You can resend at any time from the invoice detail page.
