By using BidCannon ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. BidCannon is operated by Payette Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a company based in McCall, Idaho. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Service.
BidCannon is a web-based platform for service contractors to create, send, and manage quotes and invoices. We provide the tools — you run your business. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.
Free Plan: BidCannon offers a free plan with usage limits (currently 10 quotes per month). The free plan is genuinely free — no credit card required, no trial expiration. We may adjust free plan limits over time, but we will not remove the free plan entirely.
Pro Plan: Paid subscriptions remove limits and unlock additional features. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your Pro features remain active through the end of your billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund on your first Pro subscription payment if you're not satisfied. After that, no refunds for partial billing periods.
You own your data. Quotes, invoices, customer lists, services, and any content you create through BidCannon belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your business data.
We store and process your data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
